Advantages:

Место расположения в самом центре города.

Disadvantages:

В номере на полу старый линолеум - во многих местах разорван. Нет настольных ламп, розеток. В ванной комнате нет на стене крючков для полотенец. Стены очень тонкие - слышен храп из соседних комнат, шум из коридора. Постельные принадлежности старые, застиранные. Нет места куда поставить машину.
