Disadvantages:

Грязная посуда, чайник внутри черный не отмыть, из него черная вода. Туалет ванна грязные, раковина вообще отсутствует. Душ сломан. Горячая вода - это теплая вода. Даже нет чая… микроволновки тоже нет. Точнее физически она есть, стоит в комнате на полу, но не работает
