Квартира находится в экологически чистом районе города, рядом озеро, развязка общественного транспорта, Сеймский рынок, Парк Рокоссовского, реабилитационный центр Аквила и т д, из окна великолепный вид, а закаты просто неописуемы. Предоставляем все необходимые документы. Спальных мест 4, 1 кровать 2хспальная, диван - кровать. Оплата нал/безнал.
Депозит при заселении 2000 руб. Возвращается при выезде. Расчетный час 12 час- выезд, заезд с 14 час. Квартира не сдается для вечеринок и других увеселительных мероприятий. Не заселяем после 22 час. Пишите, будем рады видеть вас у нас в гостях.
