ТЦ, поликлиники, больницы, стадион и театр! В квартире в гостиной тёплый пол. Поквартирное отопление, кондиционер, раздельный санузел, большая лоджия! В квартире имеется всё для приготовления и приёма пищи, всегда чистое постельное бельё и полотенца.
Квартира не сдаётся для вечеринок и шумных мероприятий! Также не сдаётся гражданам, не достигшим 23 лет, и не сдаётся гражданам в наркотическом и алкогольном опьянении!
