Disadvantages:

За 12 часов до заселения поменяли адрес. Квартира на первом этаже и все запахи из подвала там присутствовали. В кухне потекла канализация, пришлось самим убирать. На окнах не было сеток от комаров. Мебель в основном старая, как и посуда. Морозильник давно не размораживали - еле открыли дверцу. Лампочки половина перегоревшие. Если кому выпадет бронировать квартиру в Курске по адресу ул. Крюкова 10 кв. 62 - не советую.
