Advantages:

Уютная квартира с комнатными цветами, коврики в ванной и туалете, постельное бельё - хорошее х/б, не синтетика. Фото соответствует. Добираться удобно, магазины рядом.

Disadvantages:

Уборка явно чаще по центру, чем по углам, на плинтусах слой пыли и на верхних полках (в прихожей, например). Ржавую полку в ванной стоит заменить.
